How do I submit my final reading?

What if I felt I have an excessive water bill?

  1. Verify your payments are going to the proper agency
  2. Check for leaks – Sometimes this can be verified by watching your meter turn when you think all water is turned off in the residence:
    • Toilets
    • Sprinklers
    • Hoses
    • Faucets
  3. Take a look at your surroundings to see if you have soggy soil, puddling water or excessive green patches of lawns etc.
  4.  Verify your meter reading is reasonable, sometimes manual reading are transposed incorrectly or hard to read.
