Rates

INTRODUCTION

Water District #3 works hard every day to give our customers a high quality product that exceeds State and Federal Standards at a reasonable price, friendly service, and a great customer experience.

In 2018, the District completed a water rate analysis to evaluate revenue required to support operations and maintenance costs, capital improvements, depreciation and upcoming debt service while maintaining reserve goals.

Results of the rate analysis indicate starting in 2019 a series of base rate increases which are anticipated over the next five years, culminating with a minimum bill of $26.92 per month in the year 2023.  Additionally the District has added a third tier to the consumption rates and has increased the CCF charges by $0.05 for each tier.
