Conservation Rebate Application

REBATE INFORMATION:

1.) Rebates are for the purchase of WaterSense Labeled Smart Irrigation Controllers in the amount up to $100.00 per controller, excluding installation/labor, shipping, tax, etc. Products must be included on the EPA WaterSense product search page at: https://lookforwatersense.epa.gov/

2.) The applicant must be the current property owner. Tenants may apply for rebates with written property owner approval.

3.) Applicant must provide proof of payment that includes purchase date, lists make and model or SKU, and itemized cost.

4.) Applicant must provide a photo with application showing completed installation of fixture at residence.

5.) Purchase and installation must occur within the same calendar year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.) I understand I may be contacted by a representative from Spokane County Water District when my application is processed to verify installation before my rebate is credited to my account.

2.) In accepting this rebate, I acknowledge that Spokane County Water District is in no way responsible for the condition of any plumbing on my side of the District’s service meter, now or in the future.

3.) I understand that qualifying items are selected on the basis of water efficiency only. Spokane County Water District does not endorse specific brands, products, or dealers; nor does it guarantee materials, workmanship, performance, or durability of the qualifying items.

4.) I understand I may receive a credit not to exceed the amount outlined in the program guidelines and/or purchase price of the fixture.

5.) I understand credit rebates are applied as a credit to the active water service associated with the location where the products are installed. Rebate credits are not applied to closed utility accounts, not eligible for transfer to a different account, nor available for a cash-refund.

6.) I understand applications are completed on a first-come, first-served basis until application deadlines or until funds are depleted.
