Spokane County Water District No. 3 operates the following water systems. Each system is described below by its general location; the map shows the service areas shaded in blue.
- System 1, Spokane Valley: several areas east of downtown Spokane, including an area along the Spokane River near Upriver Park, a large area south of Dishman, and a smaller area near Spokane Valley and Veradale.
- System 3, North Spokane: near Town and Country in north Spokane.
- System 4, Mead: in and around Mead, north of Spokane.
- System 5, Pine River Park: near Fairwood, just west of Mead.
- System 6, Colbert: a small area south of Colbert.
- System 8, South Spokane: a small area in south Spokane.
- System 9, Waterview: near Tumtum, along the Spokane River northwest of Spokane.
